The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him. Lam. 3.24

Hey, you’re on Wild-Olives’ Blogs now, beloved… congratulations! I hope more, that you are a guest rather than a relative visiting my site… LOL! But that I’ll be “fresher” before you in God…. As promised, here's my blog about "Gladness:"

Gladness strengthens dream and hope.

“Gladness” (Part 1 of infinity….)

Hi. First, allow me to define the word “gladness:” Source: http://www.dictionary.com/browse/gladness

gladness n.; adjective, gladder, gladdest.

1. feeling joy or pleasure; delighted; pleased:

e.g. glad about the good news; glad that you are here.

2. accompanied by or causing joy or pleasure:

a glad occasion; glad tidings.

3. characterized by or showing cheerfulness, joy, or pleasure, as looks or utterances. I’m glad to make the right decision; glad you are back into worship. (these examples are mine)

4. very willing: I'll be glad to give him your message.

One of famous dictionaries says:

https://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/gladness

1. a feeling or state of well-being and contentment felt nothing but gladness at seeing her best friend beat her out for the award

2. the feeling experienced when one's wishes are met the children's gladness was evident as they opened their Christmas presents

So, now that we know how the good world defines it, let us see what the Word of the Spirit (God) says, but on one for now in the Book of Proverbs: (Hey,” I promise you” we’re gonna be “glad” about this…after….But I’m not gonna compare both gladness okay…and Wild-Olives rely on the Spirit’s leading….we shall have wonders about our Leader, the Holy Ghost, for sure):

The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish. Proverbs 10.28

The Spirit (the Holy Ghost/ God) in King Solomon (or so…) expressed two persons here on this particular holy – the righteous and the wicked. It is safe to say that the righteous is a doer of good things, and the wicked opposite, or should I say “evil things.” By grace I will tell you (and you might agree with me…) that evil things might directly be associated on things done in secrecy but meant either to harm, or of selfishness to cause harm. Do you agree? And of course nobody wants to be on the wicked side, for God said its cause shall perish. You, beloved, are here for serenity, and for gladness remember: But don’t wicked people feel glad too? I think they do, fairly speaking....

The righteous has gladness. The wicked has it also. The Lord gives rain to both. Amen. Therefore, what is really the difference between their afterglows? I will tell you the truth, the difference: One is forever; and the other is temporary. Amen. This is why the Lord (the Spirit/God) used (from the verse above…) the word “expectation” rather than “hope.” Beloved, notice: God also let the word “perish” be used for “gladness’ opposite” - for the wicked. Though they may be considered synonyms, they also got different results, given varieties of instances (aside from spelling difference…) And on this case, the righteous adds patience with his hope, while the wicked (those without righteousness, or may I safely say “without God”…) have “expected already for tomorrow, ‘life’” (or may I say happiness or fulfillment etc...) in the absence of “The Provider” or ”The Author of Life” itself/himself, adding perhaps only haste into his expectation.

It is always a choice. We may always believe and accept, or we may opt still to ignore clear possibilities and answers, then refuse: Gladness then depends on the beholder! But God shall always be the Author and the Judge all together. Wow! Do you remember I share to you about “getting one’s life on the Lord’s bright side - and how he would make you glad by fighting your wars and conflicts,” if you got?

Before I end today, that my back is aching….(LOL!) Behold another priceless ruby/jewel of a scripture (a very popular holy verse too for “aspiring baby-Christians” mostly…,) the Spirit, our Lord, is leading me now for: (Hey beloved, this is my first blog here on Wild-Olives, therefore, and “I promised you gladness” that we must have a good, bright, clear, edifying, joyful, hopeful, and a glad wonderful start in the grace of the living God, our Lord Jesus Christ, please hearken):

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Jeremiah 29.11

HalleluJah! Didn’t you just heard from the Lord a wonder, of his words through the Prophet Jeremiah on this very famous inspiring verse? Let me repeat those joyful: “…Thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” Aren’t we being and serving ourselves with a wonderful awesome God, even right now?!

Let me “shy-away” now on the “wicked dark side”…. Behold: If we are believers then our awesome true and only living God is a thoughtful Lord and Saviour at the same time. It is a two-way street after all! Believing, loving, and serving the Lord has not “only hope” – but “expect it" beloved.

God took the “expectation of the wicked” and assures it for every hopeful righteous. Amen. But what is that “expected end” the Lord said in love and in his gladness? How can I be righteous? What should I do to be? Etc. May I tell you next time beloved… forgive your brother, but I love you in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen. But truth is that I may write forever about my gladness of God and his salvation: You, my beloved guest, can too, if you ask the Master accordingly. Amen.

Go along now, and share what you’ve discovered today, only here in the “wild side!” Amen. I am sorry that I am late...

HalleluJah; Amen.

Psalm 4.7; 100.2 etc.

Be glad: "The Kingdom is for the children." Amen.

See you again, and never forget: “Just share; don’t compare.” ;) <3
